10 game announcements we want to see in the 2021 Game Awards

The Game Awards 2021 are one of the video game industry‘s most prestigious events this year. TGA 2021 celebrates what the industry has accomplished this year and recognizes the best games and workers in the industry. But of course, it’s also a great place for developers and publishers to showcase their upcoming work. Some would even announce their games at this event. While we don’t yet know what games will be announced and what type of announcements we will have for games that have already been revealed, we can still speculate. Here are 10 game announcements we want to see in TGA 2021.

10 game announcements we want to see in TGA 2021

Ancient ring

Of course we can’t get enough of Ancient ring. The next game to be released from FromSoftware will certainly be an instant contender for Game of the Year. With all the previews we’ve seen so far, it’s hard not to be excited. We have already seen a lot of Ancient ring and I even had the opportunity to play part of it. Yet we just can’t get enough of it. We just can’t wait Ancient ring come out, but in the meantime, if FromSoftware can still reveal anything new about Ancient ring, so we’re all in. The Collector’s Edition is unveiled, maybe?

Biochoc 4

There is a lot of buzz about Biochoc 4/Bio-shock isolation recently, and we’re really looking forward to hearing more about this game soon. Although the leaks indicate that the game will not be revealed until next year, there is still a chance that it will be officially revealed during TGA 2021. However, rumors also say that the studio has been cold-blooded. and decided to move its reveal to Q1 2022, but maybe a TGA 2021 teaser wouldn’t be too much to ask?

Dragon Age 4

Although there is a lot of bad news circulating for Dragon Age 4 recently we still want to know more about the next release of Bioware. It’s been a long time since the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition, and it’s time we went back for more adventure.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake

One of the nicest surprises to release this year is the announcement of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake. It was only teased during the PlayStation Showcase a few months ago, with few details about the game being made public yet. TGA 2021 is the perfect place for developers Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games to post new information on this highly anticipated remake, and we hope to see it happen.

Spider-man 2

Also teased during the PlayStation Showcase, the Insomniac Games sequel is thrilling as it seems to allow players to switch between Peter Parker and Miles Morales. Doubling the Spideys means more fun, doubling the story content and doubling the players! At least we hope so, which is why we would like Insomniac Games to give us more information when TGA 2021 arrives.

Alongside the new Spider-man 2 game, Insomniac Games also revealed a new Wolverine Game. The cinematic trailer didn’t reveal too much about the new game, which is why we want to hear more when the time comes.

The Elder Scrolls 6

Since Microsoft’s acquisition of ZeniMax Studios, PlayStation gamers have been in dire straits. While Microsoft maintains that their acquisition of parent company Bethesda shouldn’t require all of their games to be released exclusively on their platforms, all clues point to Bethesda, at the very least, prioritizing Ancient scrolls optimization on the Xbox Series X. On behalf of PlayStation 5 owners around the world, we hope the game always finds its way to the PS5. In the meantime, we would still like to know more about The Elder Scrolls 6 in the TGA 2021.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2

While that probably doesn’t happen outside of Nintendo’s own storefronts, we still believe Nintendo will benefit a lot if they reveal new things about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 on a stage as big as TGA 2021. Would it sell more Nintendo Switch consoles? Absoutely. And besides, even on Nintendo’s own showcase, we don’t hear much about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, and it’s time for them to say more about what’s up with their sleeves.

Starfield is another upcoming Bethesda game that we have great anticipation for. In the manner of Todd Howard, Starfield is touted by Bethesda as a major breakthrough in video games, pushing the boundaries of what we can have in a video game. Would have Starfield be able to meet these expectations? We won’t know until the game’s release. But in the meantime, we’re hoping Bethesda will use TGA 2021 as a platform to showcase their upcoming new game.

Fable 4

Last but not least is another highly anticipated game that we have been waiting for a long time. Since the change of management, the management Fable, expectations have returned to high for the franchise. Now the new hands that are working on Fable 4 will be tested, and we can’t wait to see how they fare. Is this the return of Fable franchise to greatness? But first, please reveal a brand new trailer!
