According to an official statement from the Ministry of Defence, the President’s Fleet Review, an impressive and highly anticipated event, will take place in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on Monday.

US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed in principle to a summit proposed by French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss security and strategic stability in Europe, the Elysee Palace said. The development came after Macron had phone calls with Putin twice during the day and also spoke with Biden about the situation in Ukraine.
According to a statement from the Elysee Palace on Sunday, President Macron “proposed that a summit be held between President Biden and President Putin and then with relevant stakeholders to discuss security and strategic stability in Europe”.
Both Biden and Putin have agreed in principle to such a summit, the statement read. The statement further indicates that the substance of such a summit should be prepared by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov when they meet on February 24.
However, it can only take place on the condition that Russia does not invade Ukraine, the statement added.
