Criminal arrests

Do not report as a sex offender — Jarvis OJ Gronholm, 36, of Urban Campground, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Wednesday for failing to come forward for not presenting himself as a sex offender. He is being held in Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bond.

Flight — Edward Alvin Hale, 63, of the 700 block of Lawnsdale Road, Medford. He was arrested Tuesday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear on two counts of first-degree larceny and misdemeanor. Hale is being held in Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Medications – Ashley Brianne Hartman, 33, of the 2600 block of Elliott Avenue, Medford. She was arrested Wednesday by Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies for unlawful possession of an item of marijuana, delivery of an item of marijuana, prohibited importing or exporting of an item of marijuana. Hartman is being held without bond in the Jackson County Jail, for violation of probation.

The abuse of animals — Eduardo Madrid Jr., 30, of the 300 block of East Dutton Road, Eagle Point. He was arrested Tuesday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies for first-degree aggravated animal abuse. Madrid is being held in Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bond.

Offenses against minors — James Wallace Pendleton, 22, of the 300 block of Joseph Street, Central Point. He was arrested Tuesday by Central Point police on charges of luring a minor, attempting to use a child in a display of sexually explicit material and a misdemeanor. Pendleton was released on bail from Jackson County Jail.

Falsification — Oscar Enrique Ramirez Ibarra, 31, of the 1100 block of Crown Avenue, Central Point. He was arrested Monday by Central Point police on charges of identity theft and first-degree criminal possession of a counterfeit instrument. Ramirez-Ibarra is being held in Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bond, much of which stems from previous charges.

Identity theft – Stanley Patrick Rucker, 48, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Wednesday for identity theft, attempted first-degree identity theft, misdemeanors and probation violations. Rucker is being held in Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bond.
