Theft — Jorge Cabrera, 28, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Friday for first-degree robbery. Cabrera is being held in Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bond.
Privacy Breach – Cameron Danial Clark, 28, of the 1000 block of Archer Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Friday for first-degree invasion of privacy. Bail information was not available.
Firearm in possession of felon – Benjamin Steven Hensley, 43, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Friday for being a felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor as well as failing to appear for these charges: identity theft, two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and violations probation. Bail information was not available.
Arson — Sergey V. Iltchenko, 32, of Regent Place, Eagle Point. He was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with second-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief. Ilchenko is being held in Jackson County Jail on $160,000 bond, part of which stems from a previous charge.
Burglary/Theft – Cody Lee Kaeser, 23, of the 4900 block of Old Upton Drive, Central Point. He was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with two counts of first-degree larceny, second-degree burglary, misdemeanor and violation of probation. Kaeser is being held in Jackson County Jail on $120,000 bond, some of which stems from previous charges.
Theft—Shauna J. Langford, 34, of the 4200 block of South Stage Road, Medford. She was arrested Thursday by Central Point police for first-degree larceny and misdemeanors. Langford was released on her own recognizance.
Drugs/Federal Hold – Jessie Merkel, 29, of Redding, Calif. They were arrested by Central Point police Friday on one count of unlawful possession and attempted delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Merkel was released on their own recognizance, but was later taken into federal custody and remains in Jackson County Jail without bond.
False – Daniel Gene Peterson, 35, of the 1900 block of Sunrise Way, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford police on Friday on two counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a counterfeit instrument as well as misdemeanors. Peterson was released on his own recognizance.
