Criminal arrests

Aggression – Juan Luis Garcia-Vazquez, 21, of the 4300 block of Merita Terrace, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Garcia-Vazquez Thursday on a felony third degree charge. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $ 7,500 bond.

Aggression – Manuel Garcia-Vazquez, 25, of the 4300 block of Merita Terrace, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Garcia-Vazquez Thursday on a felony third-degree assault charge and a fourth-degree misdemeanor charge constituting domestic violence. He was jailed Friday on $ 7,500 bail.

Drugs – James Ernest Richardson, 46, from the first block of Dunlap Road, Jacksonville. Oregon State Police soldiers arrested Richardson Thursday on a felony warrant for possession of less than an ounce of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor warrants charging him with driving under influence of intoxicating substances, reckless driving and breach of probation on a previous conviction for possession of methamphetamine. He was jailed Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Aggravated theft – Ricky Farrell Kenneth Gibbons, 33, of Myrtle Creek. Medford Police arrested Gibbons on Friday on felony charges, including one count of aggravated first degree theft, eight counts of first degree theft and two counts of first degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to Jackson County jail on Friday.

Weapons – Robert Joseph Houle, 35, with no known address. Medford Police arrested Houle on Friday on three counts of felony with possession of a firearm. He was jailed Friday on $ 7,500 bail.
