CEO Adar Poonawalla of the Serum Institute of India has revealed that the price of the prophylactic Covishield dosage in private hospitals was reduced by more than half a day before booster doses became available to all Indian adults.

Poonawalla was referring to several countries in the European Union requiring foreign travelers to take booster doses of Covid-19.
