Is Biomutant coming to Game Pass?

Biomutant is finally here and people are already wondering if it will join the rest of the gorgeous games you can find, in Game pass. This open world action RPG was a really highly anticipated title, as it’s been in development for a few years now. With a team of only 20 behind-the-scenes developers, it has managed to make its way across just about every major platform outside of Nintendo Switch, but will it be added to the popular Microsoft service? Let’s find out.

Will Biomutant be added to Game Pass?

At the time of writing, there has been no official announcement or indication that Biomutant will be joining the Game Pass game roster. However, this is by no means clear proof that it will not be added, at some point. Biomutant’s publishers, THQ Nordic, are no strangers to the benefits of the service, as they already have multiple IP addresses. From the latest version of Destroy all Humans (remake) to Wreckfest and many other titles, the company is already bringing their awesome games to gamers around the world in all their glory, through Game Pass.

This fact alone is enough that we can at least have hope that the game is added to the service, as it goes without saying that it is going to see an increase in its active player base. We’ve already seen quite a few AAA titles being added on day one, such as Outriders, and there’s no reason Biomutant couldn’t share the same fate. Microsoft even recently claimed that it would add a lot more games over time, and this new IP address could really benefit from the service. Only time will tell, but for now, Biomutant is only available through digital or physical purchase.

Biomutant is available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. For more content on the game, feel free to check out the rest of our guides here.
