Evergib managed the redesign of the Seasonal Roots website.

Evergib launched a redesigned website for the online farmers market Seasonal roots. The work included branding, messaging, user interface and experience design, with Torx site development management. Evergib also developed the concept and script for a brand video and an explanatory video, in collaboration with the local director Martin Montgomery. Graphic animations were created by Creative Bookendsand red amp audio handles voiceover and sound.

The King’s Agency added Klöckner Pentaplast as a customer. The agency provides broadcast, radio and media services to increase brand awareness and recruitment for the manufacturer of plastic packaging products, a global company headquartered in Luxembourg.

Madison + Hand work with Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services on branding and digital promotions for its Virginia’s Finest and Virginia Grown programs. The agency provides marketing and communications services to Epic pharmaciesa Maryland-based buying group for more than 1,500 independent pharmacies across the United States

Peoples of Taylor

Madison + Main Hired Peoples of Taylor as an account manager. She graduated from George Mason University in 2018.

Spurrier Group was named strategic media agency of reference for Virginia Art Museum. The agency will design, implement, manage and analyze all of the museum’s media campaigns for upcoming exhibitions and related activities. Work is underway to develop creative media executions for VMFA’s first two scheduled exhibitions in 2022.

Red Orange Studio has been named reference agency for Virginia Beach Neptune Festival, a non-profit organization that produces more than 40 events a year. Initial work includes a brand audit and style guide creation, website strategy and redesign, and design of four Neptune 2022 event T-shirts.

Xponent21 was hired by Distribution of energy products, a Maryland-based distributor of architectural and automotive films and finishes. Work includes a digital marketing strategy, the development of an integrated customer portal and online training registration system, and a recently launched e-commerce store.

Familiar creatures created a campaign for WNRN marking the 25th anniversary of public radio. Called “For Music People”, the campaign will include the launch of new visuals, videos, swag, social media and PR in the coming months.

Hired Familiar Creatures Maggie Nicholas as operations director. She has 10 years of experience with roles at United Way, Mobelux and Truist.

McKenzie Picket

The agency promoted McKenzie Picket to the public relations manager, Rakim Smith to the senior art director. Jon Ollom was promoted from junior editor to editor, and Will Burnette was promoted from junior designer to designer.

NDP appointed Amy Barrel as interim CEO. She’s replacing Brent Morris, CEO of the agency since 2019, who is leaving to pursue personal interests. This decision follows the sale of the agency last fall, when Baril was promoted to president of the agency.

Xponent21 completed a website redesign for Blue Rim Capital, a Richmond-based investment management firm. The new site is designed to better communicate the company’s offerings and showcase its experience and brand.

Think is now based in a home office at the agency’s founder Jason Saint-Pierre‘s Sauer’s Gardens residence. The new office address is 1607 Sauer Ave. The agency was previously based in Glen Allen. En Forme magazine has more on the movement here.

Digital Workshop was hired by red circle, a Los Angeles-based podcast platform. The work will include pay-per-click advertising through Google Ads.
